The therapeutic approaches I use are trauma-informed and specific to the needs of my clients. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), as well as EMDR therapy for those carrying the weight of past experiences.

For couples, I utilize research-backed approaches like Gottman Method and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection. Whether you're navigating conflict, recovering from a previous hurt, or just wanting to deepen your relationship, counseling provides a safe & supportive environment for change.
