Gabrielle Clements, MA, LAC

Gabrielle (Gab) is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) with a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northern Arizona University. She provides counseling for both individuals and couples at the Gilbert office—conveniently located near Queen Creek, Mesa, Tempe, and Chandler—as well as virtual therapy sessions.

Gab is passionate about helping individuals explore and embrace their identities, particularly within the LGBTQIA+ community. She fosters a supportive space where clients can build confidence, cultivate self-compassion, and navigate life’s challenges with clarity and care. Her work also focuses on ADHD, women’s issues, relationship issues, life transitions, and stress management.

Drawing from aspects of Psychodynamic theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gab tailors her approach to each client’s unique experiences. She helps clients make connections between past and present, examine thought patterns that influence emotions, and develop a stronger sense of self. With expertise in identity development, ADHD, anxiety, and other concerns, she meets clients where they are and empowers them to move forward with confidence.

Gab believes therapy should be a balance of insight, support, and even a little humor. She approaches each session with genuine curiosity, ensuring clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.
