Vice President of Behavioral Health Services
Hayley is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and serves as the Vice President of Behavioral Health Services at Evolve Counseling.
She earned her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Arizona State University and is trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Hayley provides individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. She specializes in working with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, self-harm, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, and LGBTQ+ affirming care.
Known for her thoughtful and inquisitive approach, Hayley believes that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. She takes a person-centered, individualized approach, creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. By integrating evidence-based practices, she helps clients build on their strengths, reach their treatment goals, and work toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.​​​​
