
Kalli Bentz, MS, LAC
​Kalli is a Licensed Associate Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, emphasizing Marriage and Family Therapy, from Pepperdine University.
She has experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

Kalli is passionate about working with couples, families, and adolescents. She helps her clients identify unproductive communication patterns, relational concerns, and ineffective conflict resolution strategies—then collaborates with them to build healthier, more connected relationships.

She uses trauma-informed care and draws from a range of evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, Family Systems Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy.
Kalli tailors her approach to meet each client’s unique needs. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive environment that fosters healing, personal growth, deepens self-awareness, and promotes lasting change.
